Regarding Health and Safety measures for Covid-19 as provided by the Hotel We have an update regarding the cleaning of the rooms. Guests are kindly informed that the cleaning of the rooms will be only upon their arrival. In the room they will find bags for changing the waste and they can leave it outside their door. Everyday we will pick it up. Also we will provide them with special bags for the linen and we will give them fresh when is needed. We are trying to reduce physical contact to 0. Of course if our guests need extra housekeeping they can ask it at the reception but please only if it is necessary. We are happy to inform you that we will operate the air conditioner in the rooms in all our hotels We are kindly inform you that due to Covid 19 we will not operate the shuttle bus service this year since the mini bus has a very small occupancy and we are not allowed to use it! We are sorry to inform you that due to Covid 19, we are not allowed to provide lunch or breakfast boxes this year! We would like to inform you that due to limited reservations to Porto Planos we will be able to operate only the Planos beach Pool-bar Reception and restaurant facilities for the moment. We strongly believe that later in July everything will operate as before. Just to inform you that the check in will be at Planos Beach also for guests that have booked for Porto Planos. In fact both hotels are allocated at the same place so we believe that there will be no problem. The special measures are following: 1.During the check in, people must keep a distance of 3m between each other and enter the reception one by one. Also is the same during the check out. 2.Generally they have to follow our leads and keep distances everywhere (at the restaurant, at the beach, at the pool and bar area) 3.Only one person every 5 meters can use the pool. 4.Linen changing and cleaning of rooms is only upon request at the reception. 5.Air condition is not permitted. 6.Before they travel, they must fill a form from travel.gov.gr 7.upon arrival we will have to check the temperature of our guests and write it down. 8. The guests must read and agree with the following attached document which please if it is possible to translate it to their native language. (I believe it would be better to read it before their arrival and have it ready upon their check in- to avoid people waiting) At the reception, the bar and the pool, there is our First Health sign with a barcode which our guests can use to read all the measures given from the government on their phone.
